The thought of a boudoir session can be scary. When talking to women about their session, I get asked all kinds of questions. So I wanted to compile a list of my 11 most frequently asked questions to give you some insight on preparing for a boudoir session with me!

1. Do you use a  Hair and Makeup Artist?

Your session fee includes a professional hair and makeup artist who is well versed in makeup styles for photography. 

2. Do I bring my own lingerie or do you have a wardrobe?

Yes, you can bring your own lingerie. We will go over your options during our consultation. Yes, we have a studio wardrobe that complements your lingerie.

3. What if I don't wear lingerie?

No problem. We have a studio wardrobe you will have access to which includes oversized shirts and sweaters, long robes, a variety of sarongs, body suits, sheets, etc.

4. Do you share my images on social media?

We only share images that you have approved.

5. How do I view my images?

You will be invited back to our studio to view your images via our flat screen TV. Your edited images will be set to a slideshow with music. Kick back, relax and watch your shoot unfold. It’s where the magic happens!

6 How long is the shoot?

The shoot usually lasts about an hour. We only do one shoot per day so that we can give you our undivided attention.

7. Do you have payment plans?

Yes. Your order is placed at the time of your reveal. We require a 50% retainer at that time, 1/2 of the balance 30 days later and the remainder 60 days after the shoot.

8. Can I just get the digitals?

Due to the nature of the photo session, we provide digitals with albums, collections or folio boxes only.

9. How many outfits should I bring?

You can bring 3 outfits minimum; 5 maximum. A variety works best; lingerie, oversized shirt, sexy dress or top all work.

10. How do I prepare for the shoot?

You will receive our guide with detailed instructions on how to prepare for your shoot.

11. Where are you located?

We have a 100 year old farmhouse in Davidsonville that boasts a loft studio and outdoor gardens including a secret garden, pond, southern front porch and an old fashioned tree swing that are all used in our shoots!
